Wild Snakehead Fishing

Wild Snakehead fishing in Thai national parks and lakes

Wild fishing trips are custom designed around our guests requirements, prevailing weather and seasonality. Generally a trip would be a minimum of 1 nights stay at a resort nearby the dam being fished. The nearest dam to Bangkok is approximately 3 hours from the city center. Ideally you’d want to get 2 full days on the water hunting these elusive fish.

A general layout of an itinerary is below but can be edited according to your requirements. Each trip will be quoted individually.

Day 1

  • 05h00: Pickup from your hotel and transport to the dam. Stop off along the way for breakfast and possible sight-seeing.
  • 08h00: Arrive at the dam and meet the Thai guide/boatsman
  • 08h00: Morning fishing session starts
  • 12h00: Lunch and break
  • 13h00: Afternoon fishing session
  • 17h00: Head to the resort, wash-up, have dinner and have a few drinks and talk about the day
